Unless otherwise noted, classes are held at Wandering Wellness Studio, Byron NY. Please bring your own yoga mat and props.

These one hour classes are perfect for beginners, incorporating gentle stretching, easy poses, and mindful wellness practices. Connect with your body, relax, move and care for yourself.
